Title: License Problems
Post by: nojazz on September 07, 2016, 10:48:25 am
I purchased a license for JRiver MC 20 on a PC.  I then tried to uninstall JRiver MC from the PC, and reinstall it on a MAC.  JRiver advised that I needed to buy another license.  I did so, and tried to register the second license under a different email, to avoid confusion.  That worked.  I now want to re-install JRiver on the PC.  The newest version is JRiver MC 22.  I download and try to use the license, and it says this license is not valid for this product.  When I go to JRiver web site, and it says I have two licenses, one with 10 re-installs left (presumably the MAC license), one with 5 reinstalls (Presumably the PC license).  No matter what I do to try to restore (change emails, etc.) it always sends me the MAC license.  But it has deducted another install from the PC license.  How do I get the PC license code?  Ideally without being charged for any more re-installs.

Here is how licensing works:

You can have multiple licenses associated with the same e-mail account.

If you would like us to change your license e-mail, please let me know.  I'm jimh at jriver.
