Title: Cannot do payment via Visa on your company website

Dear Sir,

My name is Mr. Heng from Malaysia, I am try to purchase a copy of your company, but was unable to complete the transaction,
can you please guide me on how one can purchase your company product.

p.s. The VISA card still active and I am able to do purchase on Amazon.

Welcome and thanks for your purchase.  If a Visa fails, we receive no information about why it failed.  You could ask your bank.

You could try another card or you could use Paypal.
