Title: How to delete -- how to import
Post by: john vookles on October 21, 2016, 10:05:00 am
When I installed MC22, my playlist included many items from my files that I did not want on JRiver. How do I delete individual items ?   Also , how do I import songs from Songbird on my computer to JRiver ? I'm not a computer wiz , so be very specific.  My computer is MacBook Pro.  Thanks --

It sort of sounds like you might want to start from scratch.  You might consider clearing your library, and then selectively importing the folder or folders where your songs are located.

Clearing the library:  File > Library > Clear Library

This will remove ALL of the songs so you can start fresh.

Then you can import folders one by one.  Or you can set up some folders so that MC automatically imports new songs when you add them.

Manually importing a single folder:  Tools > Import > Import a single folder
Setting up a folder for Auto Import:
Tools > Options > Library & Folders > configure auto import > Add > (fill out dialog)
