Title: Ripping issues (track names)

I have noticed that some CDs, when ripped, are not identified by JRiver, so I get no track names, artist etc. OK, so I can manually go in (using the F2 key) and type in all the track names and artists, but then the actual file is still sitting there as "Unknown Artist". When JRiver does not recognize a CD, what should I really do?
