IIRC you long press on one of them and it will give you a dustbin icon on the right hand side

Oh, how I wish you were right! What I'd give for a dustbin icon in a variety of places... see the mess in the photo attached.

The long press doesn't bring up the dustbin on the screen you posted, but you can get there from here. Tap the menu icon to the left of "JRemote", then select My Servers. After that do a long press and you'll be in dustbin heaven.
