Title: Disable volume question

Is checking disable volume the same as using internal volume at 100%?

What about maximize device volume under Wasapi, device settings. Is that the same thing too?

Not the same.

There is an audio setting for whether to use internal volume.  You can also find it by clicking on the speaker icon in the upper left corner of the application.
