Title: Red dot with negative sign in the dot

Yesterday my wife transferred or copied my music to a usb stick . Now in the left colum I have A red dot with a white negative sign in the centre and I can't access my music . How can I rectify this

She must have moved the files rather than copied them. Hopefully they're still on the stick.
