Title: Failed to Load JR Tools | Critical Error

I just purchased JRiver and cannot download the newest version or even older ones on my Windows 10 laptop. I don't even know where I put in my registration key to verify my purchase.  Help.  I uninstalled each version and restarted my computer.

If you go to the Download Page at JRiver and you can't download from the link there, then there is a problem with your machine.  Antivirus programs sometimes cause such problems.
