I successfully converted over 100 CDs from the flac files in my library to wma for my smartphone. Tried to convert another CD today and it failed. Same options, same library and destination paths. Tried converting just one track - that failed as well. All the options seem to be correct and the same as used before. Anyone have suggestions for what else I can check? I am using the latest version of 21 on Win10 64-bit.

you said "flac files in my library to wma for my smartphone"
were you trying to convert the cd to flac? or directly to wma?

I have already ripped the CDs to my media library in flac format. Most of my flac files were successfully converted to wma, which I use on my phone. Suddenly all conversion attempts are failing. Tried various files. Plenty of disk space. Haven't changed anything that I am aware of.

I had bad experiences with WMA files long ago, never used them since.
sorry I can't help.

Hi dtente, I had exact same issue for same reason (flac library, mobile device needs wma, conversion previously setup in JRiver stopped working). If you haven't found the answer yet, fyi 221bBS's post and the link to marko post in the other thread solved the issue for me - I can now again use JRiver to convert flac to wma.
Cheers, mike
