Title: Write CD-Text OK Now?

I've lost track of the status of this feature, early in 9.0 we were told to not use it and I never turned it back on.

I'm usually using the latest 9.1 (and right now I'm on 222), is it kosher?

It went belly up a few releases ago and was a confirmed fix in 221 (or maybe 220).  Haven't tested it in 222 but no reason to think it's broken again,
