I think this skin will fit my needs for now for images.

I checked there and other places but didn't see any that had a file list in the bottom frame and larger thumbnails in the top frame.

Here's what I want:

In the top frame I can see the thumbnails and I can select any or all at a time, and can change the size of the thumbnails.

When I select them, the respective row in the bottom frame will be highlighted, and I can change the tags to what I want and at will.
