Do i need to have this installed on my computer with MC 22?  There do not appear to be any recent threads on this and wanted to get rid of it if its no longer necessary.  The only reason it was installed was for MC and isn't being used for other applications Im aware of.

Trying to clean up unnecessary items on the computer...

Its not used by MC since a couple years now, you can safely remove it.
