I am using JRiver V22.0.41 to play back through a microRendu to a Wyred4Sound DAC-2 DSDse. PCM files play correctly. DSD files appear to play normally in JRiver but there is no output from my DAC. The DAC displays 176K4 rather than the expected DSD64. In JRiver setup I have enabled Bitstream DSD in configure DLNA Servers. In the microRendu setup utility I have set the DLNA output for DSD to DoP.
What else do I need to do?

If it can play DSD files with DoP you need to turn on the option under Tools->Options->Media Network->Add or configure DLNA servers->[ServerName]->Advanced. There is a checkbox for sending them as DoPE.

Hi, I have a similar problem described by Johndonaldson. I am using JRiver V24.0.45 to play back through a SOtm smS-200 to a Marantz HD-DAC1. My DAC also displays 176.4K rather than the expected DSD64 or DSDXX. If I turn the up volume nob in the DAC to max, I can hear the sound of the track at a very very, very low level and it comes and goes. I have confirmed that the settings in JRiver are exactly as bod suggested. In the SOtm smS-200 utility I have also set up the DNLA output for DSD to DOP with out any luck.
What else can you possibly do?

Have you enabled DSD bitstreaming?

Have you enabled DSD bitstreaming?
Is that a USB dac or DLNA dac?
If it's DLNA the bitstreaming setting in MC's audio settings doesn't apply, just the DoPE option in the DLNA server advanced settings.
