Title: Why don't you have an iPhone Music App to replace Apple's Music App?

I mostly listen to music through my iPhone, but I store my entire library and make backups from my laptop.  I love using JRiver on my laptop.  And I hate using Apple's default Music App.  Why haven't you created one to replace it?  Is there a technical reason this is not possible?  I see many other music apps available on the iTunes Store.
