how can i add a web site in the tabs bar to jr 22?
In the defailt view when Videos is selected in the tree column, in the tabs bar we have Google, IMDB, Rotten Tomatoes and Wiki and I want to add Youtube

Isn't there a YouTube search link by default? If not
Right-click the link area and click Manage Links
Click the Add... button
Fill the following in:
Display Name:
YouTube
Base URL:
https://www.youtube.com
Search URL:
https:////www.youtube.com//results?search_query=Hexify([Search])
Also can edit where you want it displayed using filters:
Click Edit Search button
Set Media Type to Video if you only want to see it for video files, Audio for Audio files, etc...

thanks it seems to work but not always i will have to play with it to figure it out.
My problem is that i forget how particular thr jr UI interface is
IF YOU DONT CLICK THE EXACT RIGHT SPOT IT JUST DOES NOT WORK
in this case you must right click a link not just the link area

That's simply not true in my installation of MC. Perhaps you should uninstall and reinstall the software, or check your settings?
Right clicking the link area allows you to access the editing links function. To actually use the links, you simply left-click on them.
