Title: Can't Access JRiver site's https pages
Post by: chmink on December 16, 2016, 02:18:07 pm
I get the following every time I attempt to access a JRiver site https page.

This page can’t be displayed

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://rover.jriver.com  again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.

I get this with both IE 11 and Google Chrome. In IE 11 TLS 1.0 - 1.2 are enabled.

That's probably some "security" software on your machine that is giving you the error.

Check your computer time and date.
