Title: the media type Video is not supported
Post by: aliciaviola on December 17, 2016, 11:08:53 am
If I want to start a video in MediaCenter I always get the message: the media type Video is not supported.
If I open the options there is "Audio, CD & DVD, Encoding..." but no Video.
What's wrong?
Mac Pro, Mac OS 10.12.2

Maybe you're using an older version that doesn't support video.

Video support might be turned off in options.  You can turn it back on again:

Tools > Options > General > Features > Video Support > (checked)

Thanks! That was the fault!
