When starting manual recording (tried with DIVX 5.02 and XVID), MC crashes after recording about 2000 seconds.
The TempCaptureFile it created is not playable then.
Happens all the time.

Can you try recording for a shorter time, such as 300 seconds, and examine the file size of the final file (not the TempCaptureFile.AVI).
-
When stopping at 300 sec., manual recording works.
In XVID the file size of the captured file Ch 4 7_18_2003 7_39_53.AVI is 102.759 MB
the TempCatureFile is 105.113 MB
(I have now build 217)

any progress ?
-
No, not much. I did reproduce it once, but have not found the source yet.
-
This problem is fixed. Check it out in the next build of MC.

:-) I will
