Title: no context menus

 hasn't worked for ages, i tried what I could, uninstalled, reinstalled and still no context menus, it is checked in the options.

OS is Windows 10

after I uninstall just delete all the old appdata folders manually?

Are you talking about right clicking in Windows Explorer and seeing Media Center options?

If so, that's called Shell Integration and you should check whether you have it activated:
Options> General> Shell Options

yes, shell integration has been checked. no context menus so i never use it anymore.

i like to be able to right click and play a folder. the library thing is too hard to figure out.

this has been going on for months. i have rebooted many times.
