Title: FileName(Path) not working as I expected when converting to handheld

Hello, I am searching for solution to a problem asked but unanswered long time ago already by another user.

I would like to convert & transfer music files (both FLAC and MP3) to my handheld (in MP3 format only) in such a way they would preserve their filepath names (e.g. Music\Artist\_albums\Albumname\Filename.xxx). For MP3 it works ("Specified output format only when necessary" setting) however for FLAC files it does not work as instead of the original filepath name they get filepath from J River temporary folder (C__TEMP_J River_) where the FLAC files are being converted before they are sent to the handheld thus they are placed in a wrong folder with no original folder structure at all.
Is there any way how to overcome this?

I welcome any ideas or recommendations.
