Title: Annoying "New Smartlist" and "New Smartlist (1)"

I keep getting playlists named "New Smartlist" and "New Smartlist (1)" in my Playlists section of the three. I've tried deleting them, but they keep getting recreated. How can I prevent this?

Prevention is difficult as this is a known issue. At the moment, the only way is to only change playlists on the server machine, whilst all clients are disconnected.

To cure current situation...
Disconnect all clients.
Delete the unwanted playlists on the server.
Reconnect clients.

Thanks, marko. I really wish it was more clear what can be done from a client and what has to be done on the server.
