hello
i have a desktop and a laptop and i use jriver in both.
in the last week or two i upgraded the operating system to windows 10 in both.
in my laptop things were not so smooth and i had to install the softwear few times.
now the operation system is stable but my licence is blocked with a massage that i used it too many times .
the sofrweare is installed only in my 2 computers i think you can check it.
please unlock my licens

I've reset your restores. You can extend them by using the full trial period before you restore and by using the Install Key in the first 14 days after you have restored.
