Title: Installation Didnt Work

I purchased JRiver Media Center for Windows this morning.  It downloaded the license file but I cant figure out how to install.  According to the confirmation email "Your web purchase should have activated Media Center on your PC automatically."  However, nothing was activated on my PC and, when I install from the JRiver website, it says "the trial period has ended" when I try to run it.  I have the license file but nothing more.  Please advise.

You can download it from the Download Page (link above).  Then install it.  Please see "Getting Started" in my signature.

Yes, I did that already (twice actually).  After downloading and installing, I get the message that I mentioned above, saying that my trial is over.

Have you downloaded or installed the program yet?

If Not Go To you can download the latest from here : http://files.jriver.com/mediacenter/channels/v22/latest/MediaCenter220054.exe

once you have that program installed open up the license file.

Not sure what the problem was but it's working now after a couple of reboots.  Thanks for the help.
