Title: Customer Service Request

Hi,

I purchased Media Jukebox on 6/25/03 for use with my iPod.  However, after not having any luck with Media Jukebox working with my iPod, I followed the recommendation often posted here and switched to MediaCenter.

I'd like to have my Media Jukebox purchase either credited to a MediaCenter purchase or refunded so that I can purchase MediaCenter instead of MusicJukebox.
