Title: sync with pono player, difficulty ripping

When I rip a CD to JRiver and then start a sync to my Pono Player,a pop up shows that says: "None of the tracks can be transferred. Common Errors include sufficient rights or unsupported file types".  Any help is greatly appreciated.
