Title: Changing Artist Images loacations to Artist Parent Directory?

I was wondering if this is possible. I'm moving over to JRiver from Plex and have manually added all my artist photo's to the Plex and they are all in the artist parent directory as artist-poster.jpg or .png.

m:\my music\artist\artist-poster.png or jpg
