Title: Eos App Not Working

Hi

Wondered if anyone could offer any help.

I have both Gizmo and Eos apps on my android device - and I seem to be having a lot of problems with EOS.

The most frustrating is I cant actually to get it to work over my mobile phone network.  I've sorted all my network issues so I know its not something wrong with my network.

I cannot get EOS to connect to my JRiver server over my mobile network, however when I then test Gizmo that connects and works fine.   Eos will work when connected at home via Wifi.

Ive emailed the support address quoted on the Google play store - but ive had no reply

Can anyone offer any help

I'm not sure if the author is still active there.

There are some recent issues with IPV6 on some provider networks.
