Title: Restore Media Center 21 license

I am unable to restore my license for MC 21 - it suddenly stopped working and is frozen up. When I click okay on the box that asks if okay for JRiver to update computer, an error box comes up.  Have even tried to completely uninstall it too and so that I could reinstall and could not do this either. At the same time MC 21 stopped working, my versions of 19 and 20 disappeared too. Help please.

Here is how licensing works:

Make sure you have MC21 installed.

Antivirus software sometimes interferes with installation.

Please post the exact steps you take and exactly what you see.  Don't post your license.
