Title: Tools > Options... > Features > Linkable Columns
Post by: aviateur on March 05, 2017, 10:44:28 am
What does the check box option 'Linkable Columns' mean?

Thanks,
Lawrence

It puts the little arrow next to the text in the column, and when you click on the arrow it pulls up ALL the entries in your collection with the same text.  You should probably already see them against your Artist, Album and Genre columns... (and maybe others)

If after enabling the option you don't see the arrow button check this:
Options > Library & Folders > Manage Library Fields... > Pick "Artist" for example and make sure "Show a link checkbox" is checked.

I really like this option (at least for 'Artist') as it pulls up all the tracks by that artist, including ones that you might not even be aware that you have (such as on compilation albums.

Bertje, Hi:

That is exactly what I needed to know. Thanks. I've turned ON the option in the fields Name and Artist.

Cheers,
Lawrence
