Title: Mouse Right Click and The Spinning Beachball
Post by: Picodogg on March 11, 2017, 01:51:48 pm
Hi,
I recently updated from MC21 to 22 and whenever I attempt to right click on a file to use controls, the program goes into the spinning beachball and hangs up. This was not an issue for me on previous builds. Any ideas of cause or settings I might change to deal with this?
Thanks

Did you try rebooting?

Yeah, I tried rebooting, deleting and reloading the library and made sure auto import was not running in the background.

I found out that the problem comes when I am accessing files from a NAS hard drive (this is where the vast majority of my files are) but does not hang up if I try to access a file from my Mac's hard drive. However, previous builds MC21, etc. had no problems accessing files from either location.

Hi,
Bumping this up again in case anyone has any suggestions. I would like to get MC22 to work instead of going back to MC21. Thanks!
