Title: Search diacritics

Recent versions have made searches for letters with diacritics easy, by treating them the same in a search as the corresponding letter without diacritics -- thus Dvorak also returns Dvořák. In .75 this seems to have been lost -- any chance of restoring this, or making it a checkbox in Options to turn off or on?

We don't seem to be able to reproduce this.

We create an artist named "Übung" and search for "Ubung" and it shows up fine.

Anyone else?
