Title: Upgrade issues

I purchased a license for windows last year. This morning I used the "Upgrade to Master License" in the windows software version, assuming it would allow me to use it on Mac". Is that so?

No, it doesn't work on Mac, i.e., the "upgrade to Master License" which should allow me to use on Windows and Mac.

A license from early last year won't work with the current version.  I'll try to find your license.

You have mail.  Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version.
