Title: Playing Now won't play through list via DLNA

MC22.0.88 running on Win10x64, feeding Marantz SR7010 via DLNA

Add audio tracks to the Marantz SR7010 Playing Now list, and music does play through the receiver. But...
The Playing Now list won't behave "normally." It won't advance beyond its current track. If the Repeat option is set to Repeat Off, then playback stops after the current track. If the Repeat option is set to Repeat Playing Now, then the current item gets played on loop. If the Repeat option is set to Repeat Current Item, then the current item also gets played on loop (this option is correctly functioning). If the Repeat option is set to Stop After Each Item, then the current item gets played on loop.

How do I work around this problem?

Right click on the renderer and check Disable SetNext support. (Also try Ignore Transport Events).

Slightly different terminology in the right-click context-sensitive menu, but the first option you suggested worked.
