Title: Horizontal Scrollbar Missing in MC22

I am running Windows 10, MC 22.  In the standard view of my audio library, the horizontal scrollbar is missing so that I cannot see or access the additional fields that are not visible off the right side of the screen.  I have a horizontal scrollbar with MC 19 on Windows 7.  Please advise.

reboot?
try a different skin?

What build of MC are you running?
What skin are you using that doesn't show the horizontal scroll bar?
