Title: vinyl to wawe, aiff or flac

looking to import analog audio from turntabele/preamp via 24/96 sound card into flac, air or wave file format. How do I tag songs with relevant info ( title, album artist etc...) is there a recognition feature or do I have to input all the info manually?
