Title: Titling
Post by: OopsieDaisy on April 26, 2017, 02:08:40 pm
I've been editing the commercials out of recorded tv programs using VideoReDo.  No problem.  I also have been using the series to title the programs, with the date recorded, to keep the episodes in order.  No problem there and that's the way the files show on the hard drive.  MC22 saw the files just that way until 2-3 weeks ago.  Suddenly, MC22 no longer sees the series titles, only the episode titles, which throws my series titles and alpha order into chaos.

How can I get MC22 to show the files under series title and successive dates, as they were before?   :'(

Problem resolved:
"NAME" still uses the name of the episode, not the series name.
"FILENAME (NAME)" uses the series name, and "DATE" keeps the episodes in sequential order.  So "FILENAME (NAME)" is now the leftmost column and the controlling factor.  I was happy with the previous arrangement, but this works.  :>|
