Hi,
I have a couple of Sonos PLAY:1 devices around the house, connected wirelessly and on 24/7.
Is it possible to use MC22 to push music to them? I seem to gather from the forum that it is (I think), but i can't figure out how to make the Sonos 'appear' in MC22.
Anyone have any guidance to offer?
Cheers,
Biggsy

No idea on the Play:1 but we have a Play:3 here that works nicely.

Did it need any special setup? How did it appear in MC?

No special setup. It just showed up as a zone under Playing Now.

I have a weirder problem. I was an original PONO user. Lo and behold when I opened the Pono software which I guess was based on MC, I could see my Sonos AND I was delighted. When PONO and MC divorced I bought the most recent MC as I had grown quite fond of it. But when I opened up MC, I see no SONOS devices. I have changed nothing but the software. Any ideas why the PONO/J River SW would work and the newest MC doesn't. Please help if you can.

Welcome to the forum. You may just need to turn on Media Network in MC's options.
