Title: Playlist keeps getting overwritten

I keep having this problem where my music playlists are overwritten with nonsense (other misc media files like pictures and podcasts).  It happens randomly and infrequently like once every couple months. It is very frustrating.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

I don't think that is an MC problem.  Maybe a corrupt drive?
