Title: Problem with installing the VoxengoMarvelG EQ Plugin to J River

I've downloaded and installed the said EQ into the J River Plugin folder.
Confirmed the .dll for the plug in is inside the folder there.
 I trid to add the plug in to J River by clicking the "manage Plug-ins" button
(in the DSP Studio page under Tools/Option/Audio), then J River/VST Plugin choice,
and finally selected the MarvelGEQ.dll
when I clicked the  'open' button, I end up in an error message "Failed to install plug in"

Can anybody help to point out what's wrong?

Is it a 32 bit plug-in?  64 bit plug-ins won't work.
