Very few audio devices actually support 352kHz, are you sure yours is supposed to? Otherwise this message is perfectly normal if you haven't told Media Center yet which rates your device supports - you can do this in the DSp settings under output format, where you can configure what happens to ever samplerate.

Yes, I'm pretty sure. I bought the FLAC 352kHz/24bit at http://www.hdtracks.com/emilie-claire-barlow-the-very-thought-of-you-254253
Album Name: Emilie-Claire Barlow: The Very Thought Of You. Possible allow uninstall and refund?

The problem appears to be that your DAC is unable to accept 352k.  We know you are using JRiver as the player, but the question is what is your DAC and how is it connected?  JRiver definitely does support 352k and 384k sampling rates, if parameters are set up properly.  I know because I have used those rates.
