Title: Convert Format - not working

I bought the 22/23 license the other day from v21.  After installing v22, convert format (flac to mp3) is not working.  The seems to go through the motions, taking forever, but no conversions have taken place.  Any ideas?

If you tried in the past couple hours, I would recommend to try again now, as MC needs to download a plug-in for mp3 conversion and our servers were briefly down for a move.
