Title: Restore Password not possible

Hello
I had the idea to change the default computer name to something more meaningful,  and oooops media center ask for a password.
go to https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi    to restore the password, as my purchase email directed,  and it is not working.

License tied to to PC  Name ?  no way to restore the password?

Is this any kind of joke? the application is great but this ?

Any idea will be great thank you !!!

UPDATE

The service is restored now,  after several hours,  made me waste some time on this, the first time I needed to use it and it is not working, that was quite strange to me.

it would be ideal when the server is unreachable or have any technical issue to redirect the traffic to any other static page to show a message something like "We are experiences technical issues, please try later" and/or maybe implement some monitoring services on the server that notify the admin by email or text.  !!!!  Just some ideas to improve the user experience !!!  Thank you

The entire server was moved to a new physical location today which may have caused a brief (planned) downtime. Apologies for any inconveniences due to the move, but it had to be done sometime.
