Title: Recently purchased upgrade won't open

I just bought a MC23 upgrade for my MC17. When I open the attachment in the email I get this message "Error restoring Media Center license:Unknown Error".
I still have MC17 on the PC. Do I need to delete it first?

You can install MC22 and use it until MC23 is available this summer.
