Title: HDhomerun Prime "Waiting for signal lock"

Greetings.  When selecting a HBO channel (the guide has correct program info)  I get a 'Waiting for signal lock...' message for 10 seconds then 'No signal' and blank screen.  HDHomerun View works fine on HBO channels

JRiver MC 22.0.105
Windows 10 x64 Version 1703 Build 15063.138
Verizon FIOs cablecard (Motorola M-Card)
HDHomeRun Prime (3 Tuner)
HBO Subscription


Any ideas?  Thanks

Sorry, we do not support TV channels with Copyright flag set.  So for CableCARD devices such as HDHomerun Prime, or Ceton InfiniTV, channels like HBO will not work.

It would cost too much for us to support DRM'ed channels.  Our Kickstarter effort (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,101223.0.html) a while back did not succeed unfortunately.
