Title: Error restoring mp3 encoder license?

Got myself a new laptop running win10.  Did install, but upon getting .mjr file to restore mp3 encoder, get a pop up saying 'error restoring mp3 encoder license:unknown error???  Help? Ideas?

What JRiver software are you running?
