I have been using an external player because whenever I load a video (MKV H264) using MC Standard or MADVR it starts to load and MC crashes. I am using HDMI and have tried both Passthrough and convert to AC3 for sound with same results.
I have been having this problem with MC 21 and also now with MC 22.
Suggestions as to where to start troubleshooting?

The video driver or antivirus software.

Installed newest Intel driver from Intel website and turned off antivirus...
Started video and saved attached log.
Thanks... can't wait to use MC internal video again.

The crash in this log is inside the AC3 encoder, I would recommend to try turning off AC3 encoding for the time being, to test if thats the only problem.

Alright,
Disabled Output Format and enabled bitstream via HDMI
The movie played!
I am sending the signal to a soundbar via HDMI that has internal decoders for DTS and Dolby.
All other media programs I have can play all formats (but probably bitstreamed).
Strange, wonder where the problem may be that disallows me to use Output Format (DD) for video.
The other odd part is that I can use Output Format (DD) with audio (music)
