Title: New Icon for updates installed

I need to reverse two charges I have incurred resolving update charges for installed program 22.0.88. First charges was today for almost $20 and on 3/31/17 I received a call for an additional $22.86 for another update.

The program doesn't require an update and I have received two. I click on the update and the computer program you sent installs them. No added keys were hit to finish the program.

Harry, as I told you yesterday on the phone, I noticed the two purchases of Windows version 23 and we will issue a refund for one of the purchases.

Deanna,

Both purchases on the JRiver Media Center System 23 update were made in error. Both should be refunded. I installed JRiver back at least to 2014 and both were made in error.
