Title: Bug report: conflict with Windowblinds

Trying to install JRiver v220108 on a Windows v1703/15063.296 results rapidly flashing installation window which loops indefinitely and thus installation fails. This is due to a software conflict with Stardock Windowblinds v10.62. Problem has propably something to do with some UI element, such as progress bar.

I hope JRiver development investigates this further.
