Title: MC22 Windows streaming video upside down over DLNA
Post by: aaronsama on June 10, 2017, 12:59:31 pm
Hello,

I am using MC22 Windows as a media server. When I try to stream video taken with a Google Nexus 5X to a Sony BDP-6700 over DLNA, the video renders upside down. Has anyone experienced this before, or have any suggestions on how to fix?

Thank you,
Aaron

I'm guessing there is a rotation flag in the video and the Sony isn't paying attention to it.
Very occasionally I've needed to decode/reencode videos for rotation using ffmpeg IIRC.
