SteveG,

After deselecting the force file conversion option, I tried syncing with my Ipod. Unfortunately I have lost all the contents from the Ipod. Nothing appears under the foldrs of albums, artists etc.

I received a message that some mp3 files (very very few) had not transferred successfully from my The Music Library.

Is there any reson for this. Strangely this afternoon MC did not respond to my Ipod when it was connected. A small box with a cross appeared?

What do I need to do to restore my Ipod with the contents of my Music Library.

I am so frustrated that with the product at the momewnt having recently purchased it.

So, um, have you bothered to read and/or post to the IPOD SUPPORT (http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=MediaCenter;action=display;num=1056643876) thread?

(I'm just thinking that your fellow iPOD users may be able to help you.  Your current thread title won't necessary draw in many iPOD users.)
